An investigation is on-going into an Uber driver that is alleged to have fondled himself inside a vehicle with a passenger. Police have served Uber with a subpoena to identify the driver involved in the case. Avalon Police are still awaiting a response from Uber.com. The incident in question took place on May 25. Police are asking anyone with information to come forward at 967-3411. A video of the incident was posted to Youtube but has since been taken down.
