Avalon Police have charged a Philadelphia man with several offenses following a recent incident involving the Uber.com transportation service. Police charge charged 57 year old Nayal Salem with lewdness, false imprisonment, and harrassment following an incident in late May. A female passenger alleged that Salem got into the back seat of his vehicle, locked the doors, and began to self-gratify himself through his clothing. He has a court date in Avalon on June 22.
