Avalon Police have charged a 15 year old boy from Pennsylvania who allegedly had a stun gun last weekend on the boardwalk. Police say the boy was spotted discharging the weapon while near 21st Street. He was charged with carrying a prohibited weapon and released to the custody of his parents.
