AVALON PARROTS SEND OWNER TO COURT FOR NOISE COMPLAINT

Edmund and Arthur are two chatty parrots  who caused their owner to appear in court on Monday for a noise complaint citation. Elaine Scattergood, who lives on 30th Street in Avalon, was in court Monday after a caller complained about her two birds to police and the racket they make in the neighborhood. Judge George Neidig suspended the charge for 90 days, and said it would be dismissed if no further complaints were registered against the two parrots.
