Avalon Mayor Marty Pagliughi announced that beach tags will not be needed in Avalon until all recreational activities come to the beach. Avalon opens its beaches for limited activities on Friday. Pagliughi says until everything is allowed, including sitting in chairs and on blankets, no tags will be needed. Moreover, he also extended the preseason prices for beach tags another month, until the end of June.
