Avalon Mayor Martin Pagliughi was honored for his longtime support of the Police Unity Tour, which came through Cape May County Tuesday. Avalon has long supported the tour, and provided all of the riders with a hot breakfast Tuesday before they travelled south. The Tour will take the riders to Washington, DC on Thursday.
