Avalon’s Council introduced a new municipal budget Wednesday evening that includes the achievement of the elimination of all long term general obligation debt. The ’21 budget totals $32.8 million and includes no tax hike for the third consecutive year. Avalon will not increase the cost of beach tags, and it’s water and sewer budget includes no increase for ratepayers.
