AVALON COUNCIL MAY FILL VACANT SEAT THIS WEEK

The Avalon Borough Council may fill a seat vacated earlier this month by the retirement of Dave Ellenberg.  Council meets on Wednesday at 7pm and could fill the position vacated by Ellenberg.  If Council fills the position this week, that individual could run for re-election to serve the remainder of Ellenberg’s term, in November.  The term expires at the end of June, 2017.
