Tuesday was court day for attorneys for comedian Tracy Morgan and Walmart. Morgan was injured in a crash on the New Jersey Turnpike back in June when a Walmart truck slammed into his vehicle, critically injuring Morgan and others; one person was killed, comedian James McNair. Morgan is suing Walmart in connection with the accident. Dates have been scheduled for the civil court case.
