A 19-year-old Pleasantville man has been charged with three counts
of attempted murder in connection with a July 5, 2011 shooting incident outside of Bally’s Park Place, Atlantic County Prosecutor Ted Housel announced.
In addition to the attempted murder charges, Miller is charged with three counts of aggravated assault, one count of possession of a weapon and one count of possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose. Bail has been set at $1 million cash.
It is alleged that at 1 a.m. on July 5, Miller shot Stanley Lovett, 21, of Bridgeton, in the chest and fired shots at Dashon Lee, 22, of Vineland. Lee was not struck. It is further alleged that Miller shot a 17-year-old Vineland resident in the leg. All three victims survived and are recovering from their wounds.
