The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office announced it intends to prosecute 40 year old Kimberley Peschi, a school teacher at the Belhaven Avenue Middle School in Linwood. Peschi is accused of stepping on the back of a 12 year old student’s chair which pulled both the student and the chair to the ground. Peschi could face six months in prison if convicted.
