It’s a two month suspension for Atlantic County Surrogate James Curcio. Curio was handed the suspension on Thursday by the New Jersey Supreme Court for committing his second DUI offense, and for being the chairperson for a political fundraiser. Curio makes over $91,000 annually; his suspension begins January 1st.
