ATLANTIC COUNTY SURROGATE PLEADS GUILTY TO DRUNK DRIVING CHARGE

An Atlantic County official has plead guilty to driving while drunk. Atlantic County Surrogate Jim Curcio plead guilty to driving while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test. He was sentenced to over $1250 in fines, 48 hours in the Intoxicated Driver Resource Center, a two year loss of license, and one year of an ignition lock.
