Atlantic County authorities are now treating the disappearance of a man who’s remains were found as a homicide. Authorities say they are looking for the killer of Barry S. Brown of Egg Harbor Township who disappeared four years ago; Brown’s remains were found in January in a lot next to the Atlantic County Utilities Authority.
