Atlantic County freeholders voted in favor of a study that will examine if the Atlantic City International Airport should be absorbed by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. A resolution approved Tuesday would allow the county to participate in a feasibility study on the potential move; some say it would bring more air traffic and tourists to the region.
