Two Atlantic City teenagers were arrested early Tuesday morning for allegedly assaulting a man and stealing his cell phone near Bally’s Casino. After their capture and arrest, the teens assaulted officers at the police station. Both were charged with robbery and aggravated assault on a police officer and taken to the Harborfields Juvenile Detention Center.
