A 14 year old boy from Atlantic City has now been charged with murdering a 13 year old teenager. The fatal shooting occurred on January 8th in the gaming resort. Authorities say the 14 year old suspect had a gun and fired several shots at a large group of teenagers. Angel Mercado Santiago was fatally wounded in the shooting.
