A 43 year old man wanted for a murder in Atlantic City has been captured in North Carolina. Authorities announced the arrest of Joseph McCoy who was arrested in Charlotte earlier this month. McCoy is accused of killing 23 year old Jacqueline Hoyle at her home on North Tennessee Avenue.
