ATLANTIC CITY MAY HIRE AID, DESPITE STATE ORDER AGAINST IT

A job has been posted by Atlantic City government to hire an aid for council members. The state previously told the city not to hire any additional council aid positions. Nearly $500,000 is being spent on the 11 aides for the city. The AP reports that the position was listed by the Personnel Department.
