43 year old Joseph McCoy of Atlantic City is headed home from North Carolina to face murder charges after he spent weeks on the run. Authorities allege McCoy killed Jacqueline Hoyle of Atlantic City last year. The Press of Atlantic City reports McCoy was found sleeping in a homeless shelter.
