An 18 year old Atlantic City man has been charged with shooting a 17 year old boy back on August 30th. Police announced charges have been brought against Tarik Jones in connection with the shooting on North Carolina Avenue. The victim survived the shooting; Jones has been charged with aggravated assault and other charges.
