26 year old Harris L. Jacobs of Atlantic City has been charged with leaving the scene of a motor vehicle-pedestrian accident that involved a loss of life last September. The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office announced that Harris has been charged in connection with the death of a 76 year old Atlantic City resident in early September, 2022 on Atlantic Avenue in the city.
