A former convict was arrested on Sunday in Atlantic City and charged in connection with a sexual assault on a 14-year-old boy. The Press of Atlantic City reports that 50-year-old Nestor Echevarria was arrested for allegedly assaulting the boy at about 4am on Sunday near Annapolis Avenue. Back in 2003, Echevarria was charged with criminal sexual contact and burglary in Wildwood Crest when he had physical contact with a 17-year-old girl without her consent. Echevarria is being held in the Atlantic County Jail on $250,000 bail.
