50 year old Victor Martinez of Atlantic City has been charged by police with burglary and theft charges after he was found this week in possession of an imitation firearm. Police made the arrest after receiving a call about a man who was attempting to break into a shed on the victim’s property. Later, police found Martinez walking in the city carrying what appeared to be a rifle.
