A 17-year-old was pistol-whipped, robbed, and sexually assaulted, according to allegations made by the mother and 17-year-old. Atlantic City Police say they arrested Trevin Allen on kidnapping and assault charges. Bail was set at $400,000. The victim was left with injuries to his back, shoulders, lips, and face.
