ATLANTIC CITY MAN ARRESTED BIKING WITH 31 BAGS OF HEROIN

Atlantic City Police arrested a 20 year-old man riding a bike for drugs and weapons possession early on Tuesday. Ramel Bey was stopped by police officers for lack of proper lights or reflectors on his bicycle and found with a handgun and 31 bags of heroin. Bey was placed in the Atlantic County Jail on $100,000 bail on drug and weapons charges and resisting arrest.
