ATLANTIC CITY MAKES $1.7 MILLION ON LAND AUCTION

The take for Atlantic City $1.7 million during a property auction on Thursday.  The city took in the cash by selling off various properties, including some in the South Inlet section that fetched over a half a million dollars.  More than a dozen properties did not receive a minimum bid set by the auctioneer.
