It’s a new day for Atlantic City. Swearing in ceremonies are scheduled for Noon today for Don Guardian, who replaces Lorenzo Langford as mayor of the gaming resort. Guardian is a republican, and becomes the first openly gay mayor of Atlantic City. He’s the first republican to hold the city’s top job in the past 23 years.
