For the first time in 12 years, tolls are going up on the Atlantic City Expressway. Later this year, the $3 toll you pay at the Egg Harbor Toll Plaza will increase to $4.25. Toll hikes were also approved Wednesday on both the Garden State Parkway and New Jersey Turnpike.
