ATLANTIC CITY ELECTRIC, EXELON CONTINUE MERGER TALKS

Atlantic City Electric and Exelon will continue discussions about a possible merger. The potential mega merger broke down last week when the Public Service Commission in the District of Columbia killed the deal. The merger is worth $6.8 billion and has already been blessed by the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities.
