For the second time in five years, Marty Small beat the voter fraud charges. Small is an Atlantic City councilman who had been charged with five others of tampering with absentee ballots in order to gain an unfair advantage in an election. Small’s city council seat is up for election later this year and Small must make a decision whether he is running for reelection.
