ATLANTIC CITY COUNCIL MAY SHRINK ITSELF

The Atlantic City Council may shrink itself.  City Council has proposed the elimination of two at-large Council seats but need permission from the New Jersey Legislature in order to do so.  Council President Marty Small says the move would save the city $60,000 annually  between salary and benefits.
