On Monday afternoon a construction worker was injured after being pinned between two vehicles. Police reported that the accident occurred at the site of the new Convention Center next to Harrah’s Casino. Reportedly a construction vehicle was backing up when it struck the construction worker and pinned him between the vehicles. He was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, with unspecified injuries. The accident is under investigation by the Atlantic City Police Department.
