Atlantic City wants the Atlantic County to pay all the property tax refunds it owes this year. The Press of Atlantic City reports that the city claims Atlantic County owes them an additional $6.8 million in tax refunds to the Borgata, for a total of $13.1 million in refunds. The county will rely on the Attorney General’s Office to say when they must make the refund payments.
