On Wednesday the second annual Atlantic City Salutes America’s Armed Forces Parade stepped off on the boardwalk. The parade was delayed by about a half hour due to heavy rainfall in the area. Thursday will be a practice run beginning at 10:30am until 3:30pm for the big airshow event this Friday. Huge crowds are expected in the resort for the show which occurs on a Friday for the first time, in order to accomodate the schedule of the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds.
