Tuesday is swearing in day for 80 members of the New Jersey Assembly. Cape May County will have a new assemblyman as republican Sam Fiocchi will be sworn in to his first term in office. In November, Fiocchi knocked out democratic Assemblyman Nelson Albano in a close election.
