A numbers of bills will be considered in the Assembly on Monday, including a bill that was sponsored locally. One bill would require that gas stations post difference prices from credit card and cash purchases. A second piece of legislation would enhance penalties for killing police dogs. A vote will also be taken on whether public workers should have to live in New Jersey. Finally, a local measure would required license suspensions for health care professionals who illegally dispose of medical waste. The bill is sponsored by Assemblyman Nelson Albano and Matt Milam.
