ASSEMBLY HEARS DISCUSSIONS ABOUT DOLING OUT AID FOR “SANDY”

The State of New Jersey needs to do a better job at getting aid for Hurricane Sandy relief to people who still need it.  That was the message delivered during a two hour meeting by the New Jersey Assembly on Tuesday.  State officials say significant progress has been made at getting the aid to people in a much quicker fashion.  Another round of Hurricane Sandy relief funding is headed out way in the spring from the federal government.
