Underage botex? May be a no-no if the state legislature votes that way. An Assembly panel will be voting today on banning the use of botex by those under the age of 18. A new study says there was a 50 percent increase in juveniles using the medication, which is meant to clear away wrinkles. The use of botex for medical reasons prescribed by a doctor would still be allowable.
