ASSEMBLY COMMITTEE APPROVES BEACH SMOKING BAN, SENATE NEXT?

An Assembly committee on Monday approved a new bill that would prohibit smoking on New Jersey’s beaches.  The New Jersey Senate is next to vote on the bill, which is expected Monday afternoon.  Still undetermined:  Who would enforce the no smoking ban on municipal beaches.
