ASSEMBLY APPROVES INTERNET GAMBLING BILL

On Monday the New Jersey State Assembly approved a bill to legalize internet gambling in New Jersey. The bill now goes to the Senate for a vote on Thursday. The legislation passed by a vote of 48-24 with four abstentions. Cut from this current version of the bill, was $30 million to help boost horse-racing purses in the state.
