ASSAULT VICTIM BOUND BY DUCT TAPE

A YMCA employee in Vineland alleges he was assaulted and robbed. Luis Navarro was arrested and charged with Kidnapping, Criminal Restraint, Robbery, Weapons Offenses, Possession of a Stun Gun, Aggravated Assault, Burglary, Theft, Theft of Auto, Criminal Mischief & Eluding. Bail was set at $500,000. The victim said he was assaulted with a blunt object and bound by duct tape. The victim’s car keys and wallet were taken in the robbery.
