Two different arrests resulted in four people being taken into custody by the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office. Antonio Richardson, of Millville, was nabbed for distributing “Mollies” in the area of Wilson and Third Aves. in Lower Township. Andrew Hill, Dean Foster, and Mark Maslanka, all of the Villas were arrested from a motor vehicle stop. Police discovered marijuana and drug paraphernalia inside of the vehicle. Richardson bail was set at $20,00, while the other three had bail set at $20,000.
