ARREST MADE OF MAN STEALING GUNS AND A COMPUTER

A Lower Township man has been arrested for a home burglary. Police there say they have arrested Michael Loper, of the Townbank section of the township. Police say he broke into a home and took four shotguns, ammo, a lap top computer, and other items. Charges include burglary, theft, and criminal mischief. Bail was set at $35,000 and he was placed in the Cape May County Correctional Facility.
