ARREST MADE IN SWAT STANDOFF IN ATLANTIC CITY

A second arrest was made in a situation that involved a SWAT team being called in Atlantic City last week. 19-year-old Amirah Black called police last week that she had been assaulted by her boyfriend. Clifton Holley surrendered to police after a 50 minute standoff. When officers entered the home though, Black wasn’t there. Holley told police he had been stabbed by her and then she left. Black has been charged with aggravated assault and weapons possession charges.
