Lower Township Police arrested a man last week who they say was selling tazer weapons to students. The school resource officers at Lower Cape May Regional determined that Steven Hogg, of North Wildwood, had sold stun guns to the students. Three tazers were confiscated prior to the arrest. Hogg was charged with possession of a prohibited weapon. None of the weapons were used in an attack.
