Atlantic County Prosecutor Ted Housel
A highly publicized case has returned a guilty verdict on all but one count. Craig Arno was convicted on 27 out of 28 counts, including murder, felony murder, carjacking, kidnapping, and first-degree robbery. Arno and Jessica Kisby carjacked and kidnapped a man at the Trump Taj Mahal parking garage. That man, Martin Caballero was stabbed to death and his body was dumped in Hamilton Township. Upon sentencing, Arno faces the potential of life in New Jersey State Prison. In accordance with her plea agreement, Kisby is expected to be sentenced to 30 years in New Jersey State Prison without the possibility of parole.
