The United States Army Corps of Engineers has approved a new Seven Mile Living Laboratory to study natural ways to improve coastal resiliency. The Wetlands Institute of Stone Harbor is leading up this project that will be done with cooperation from Avalon and Stone Harbor. The Corps says this effort will actually put science behind projects.
