A teen in Woodbine has been charged in an armed robbery incident. The Cape May County Herald reports that 17-year-old was arrested by State Police on charges of possession of a handgun, terroristic threats, aggravated assault, criminal restraint and robbery. Bail was set at $150,000. The arrest stems back from an incident in July.
