An armed man is refusing to leave his mother’s home in Hammonton as authorities remain outside. The Press of Atlantic is reporting that the man drove to his mother’s home after brandishing a gun at an emergency worker. The report goes on to say that the stand off has been going on since 4:30 p.m. on Sunday. The mother is reported to have left the home about an hour after the incident began. The initial weapon brandishing is said to have taken place in Deptford.
